Job Summary

We are seeking Entry level to Journeyman HVAC Technicians with a strong industrial background to join our growing team. This position involves working on remote industrial camp installations in Idaho. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial, industrial, or residential and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance: Install and service HVAC/Refrigeration systems in remote camps and facilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration units

Ensure all work meets safety regulations, code standards, and company quality standards

Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines

Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas

Report project progress and any issues to supervisors

Qualifications

HVAC/Refrigeration and Air Conditioning experience

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
