Part time CDL driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CDL Class B Driver to join our growing seafood distribution team. This position involves more than just driving candidates must be comfortable working hands-on with fresh seafood, including loading, unloading, and handling product throughout the delivery process.

This position will start part-time, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

All routes are within the state of Florida no out of state or long-haul driving required.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26 ft box truck (CDL Class B required)

Load and unload seafood products at warehouse and delivery locations

Handle, transport, and deliver fresh fish and other seafood in a timely manner

Ensure product quality and proper temperature control during transport

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness

Communicate with team members and customers professionally

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Requirements:

Valid Class B CDL license

Clean driving record

Must be comfortable handling seafood (fish, shellfish, etc.)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Willingness to work in cold/wet environments

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work early mornings, long hours, and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in seafood, food distribution, or delivery driving

Knowledge of seafood products is a plus
