Job Description Job Title: Experienced CNC Machine Operator ($15+ per hour + Weekly Pay)Location: Montgomery, AL Job Type: Full-timeShift: DayPay Range: $15+ per hour (Based on experience) About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating, setting up, and maintaining HAAS and MAZAK CNC equipment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of producing precise, high quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Operate, set up, and adjust HAAS and MAZAK CNC machines for production runs.Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and setup sheets.Perform tool changes, offsets, and part inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues such as tooling wear, dimensional deviations, or program errors.Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances.Maintain proper documentation for each job, including quality checks and production logs.Ensure machines are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced according to schedule.Work closely with programming, engineering, and quality teams to optimize machining processes.

Qualifications:Experience operating HAAS and MAZAK CNC machines.Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machining principles.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.Familiarity with tooling, fixtures, and machining best practices.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

and stand for extended periods.Strong problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

Preferred Skills:Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.Knowledge of conversational programming (e.g., MAZATROL).Background in machining metals such as steel, aluminum, or specialty alloys.Prior experience in high mix/low volume environments.
