Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Long-Term Care focus is needed for a travel assignment in a hospital setting in Hendricks, Minnesota. Start date is 04/20/2026 for a 13-week assignment, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a night shift schedule (three 12-hour nights per week, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care to adults in a hospital setting with long-term care needs, under supervision.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice and facility policy.

- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition; escalate concerns to the supervising RN.

- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety measures to support patient independence and fall prevention.

- Perform routine wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures within LPN scope.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support care planning and care coordination.

Requirements

- Active LPN license (state-specific) or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.

- Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is preferred.

- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide 36 hours per week.

- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a diverse care team.

- BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
