We are a growing insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in our daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position is centered on customer support, policy servicing, and handling inbound callsno sales license required.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced, phone-based environment, with a genuine passion for assisting and supporting others. (15 to 18 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Process policy changes, updates, and service requests
Open, organize, and route incoming mail and documents
Support customer retention through follow-ups and service assistance
Route quote and sales inquiries to licensed insurance producers
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills, bilingual Spanish a plus
Proficient with computers, phones, and basic office systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
