Hiring: High-Retention UGC Video Editor (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)
MondayGrowth Studio is looking for a data-driven, creative Video Editor to join our team. We specialize in scaling North American brands and creators through high-impact, short-form content.
We don't just need someone who can "edit"; we need a storyteller who understands retention curves, psychological hooks, and the ever-changing social media algorithms.
The Role
Target Audience: Premium North American D2C brands and high-ticket creators.
Content Type: Raw UGC (User Generated Content) transformed into "scroll-stopping" Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Objective: Maximize Average View Duration (AVD) and Click-Through Rates (CTR) through strategic pacing and visual cues.
What We’re Looking For
Retention Obsessed: You know exactly when a viewer is about to scroll and how to keep them watching with a well-timed cut, caption, or sound effect.
Style Mastery: Proficiency in the "Alex Hormozi/Iman Gadzhi" aesthetic, but with the ability to adapt to "Clean & Minimal" or "Cinematic Documentary" styles.
Technical Kit: Expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. (CapCut is a bonus, but professional desktop software is our standard).
AI Workflow: Familiarity with AI tools (ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance visuals and speed up delivery.
Reliability: You are comfortable working remotely, meeting tight deadlines, and communicating proactively with a global team.
Requirements
A portfolio that proves your ability to create high-retention content (show us your best hooks!).
Understanding of North American social media trends and "vibe."
Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
Excellent English communication skills.
Why Join MondayGrowth?
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Global Impact: Your work will be seen by millions of viewers across the US and Canada.
Growth focused: We are scaling fast—if you bring the talent, we provide the platform and the clients.
