Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS – WCS Application Support Consultant to provide hands-on support and operational expertise in managing warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Manhattan WMS and WCS solutions within a live warehouse environment.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong functional and technical knowledge of warehouse control systems, conveyor integrations, and production support processes. The candidate will collaborate closely with onsite business teams and offshore support teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for resolving system issues, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, and ensuring system stability and performance in a fast-paced retail distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for Manhattan WMS and WCS systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a live warehouse/distribution center environment

• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth warehouse operations

• Support configuration and implementation activities for WMS/WCS (as needed)

• Work with conveyor systems and warehouse control integrations

• Coordinate with onsite client stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements

• Collaborate with offshore teams for support, reporting, and escalations

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support processes

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while adhering to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 6–7 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Manhattan WMS

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

• Strong knowledge of WCS and conveyor systems integration

• Mandatory experience in production/application support for Manhattan WMS and WCS

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving real-time warehouse system issues

• Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models

• Strong coordination skills with business, operations, and technical teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in configuration and implementation of Manhattan WMS/WCS

• Exposure to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation systems

• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

• Knowledge of retail supply chain and distribution center operations

• Experience working in high-volume warehouse environments

• Willingness to work 100% onsite in McDonough or Palmetto, GA

• Strong collaboration skills for working with global/offshore teams
