Description -
Role: Front-End Engineer
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development
Strong proficiency in native JavaScript and REST API integration
Front-end experience in jQuery-based environments
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
Ability to navigate, inspect, and work with Figma designs to create HTML templates
Experience translating design specifications into pixel-accurate, responsive UI
Proficiency using GitHub for code versioning and collaboration
Experience working with Jira for task tracking and Agile workflows
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using browser developer tools
Nice to Have
Experience with Git-based workflows (pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies)
Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation
Image creation and editing skills (cropping, resizing, optimization for web)
Exposure to front-end testing (unit or integration)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experimentation and continuous improvement mindset
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging approach
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
7–10 years in roles involving project management, business development, or marketing.
PMP certification is a plus.
