Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Riverside, MO (on-site with relocation package)

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + annual bonus + sign-on bonus

You'll collaborate with sales and service teams, craft CAD models and engineering drawings, and turn stainless steel concepts into precision-built machines.

We are looking for a strong Mechanical Design Engineer who have designed stainless steel equipment - sheet metal, welded assemblies, and machined components to assist our product line of fryer equipment as well as other products.

What You'll Do

Interpret project requirements with sales and customers

Develop equipment layouts and custom CAD models

Create engineering drawings using GD&T

Transfer BOMs accurately into ERP (Infor Syteline preferred)

Support service technicians and clients with technical guidance

What We're Looking For

5+ years in mechanical/machine design

BS in Mechanical Engineering

Skilled in SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD

Experience designing stainless steel components (sheet metal, welded assemblies, machined parts)

FEA or Infor Syteline exposure is a plus
