The Janitorial position is about:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces

Polish silverware and assist with dish area organization

Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and walk-ins

Restock dining room items (napkins, condiments, to-go supplies, etc.)

Ensure service stations remain clean, stocked, and organized

Adheres to all Perry's Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
