Position Summary: The Registered Representative is responsible for creating under the direction of the Vice President, Sales and Executive Directors an Israel bonds sales campaign in their region.

The Registered Representative also offers professional advice to the customers as to which product is most suitable for the customer and is responsible for organizing sales events and coordinating with lay leaders to maintain and create sales in the community.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in sales or development/fundraising experienceFINRA licensing required: SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Series 7 and Series 63 (will provide study materials and training)Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel's history and current social/ political/economic situationStrong written, oral, analytical, listening, and persuasion skillsExcellent Interpersonal SkillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, this position requires constant communication and the ability to exchange accurate information, the ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position.

Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., 35 hours per week.

Work extended/evening hours, weekends and holidays when needed TRAVEL: Minimal local travel in attending events is expected for this position.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must successfully pass licensing exams, background checks, and fingerprinting.
