CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery in a high-precision environment and a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment)

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet strict aerospace tolerances

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues

High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)

2+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)

Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T

Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
