Duties

Provide a wide range of cosmetology services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, and cutting with precision and flair

Execute specialized services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and straight razor shaves to enhance client beauty routines

Manage retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques while educating clients on skincare and cosmetic products

Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations

Engage with clients at the front desk providing guest services, answering inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Develop creative solutions based on color theory for hair coloring projects while demonstrating excellent communication skills to understand client preferences

Manage social media accounts to promote services and showcase client transformations to attract new business

Experience

Proven experience as a licensed Cosmetologist with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques

Familiarity with advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing is highly desirable

Hands-on experience with salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships

Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling products during service consultations

Experience in managing social media accounts for marketing purposes is a plus

Certification in cosmetology from an accredited institution;

Ability to perform nail care services such as manicures and pedicures along with hair styling techniques including hair extensions and barbering skills
