We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and lead key client relationships within the automotive manufacturing space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional customer value.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
Drive new business (target: $20M annually)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in sales/account management (manufacturing required)
Strong automotive industry knowledge
Proven success exceeding sales targets
Experience with APQP and CRM systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
