Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.
In this role, you will manage payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations.

Responsibilities: - Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage multi-state payroll operations in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee benefits and deductions.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure alignment with the general ledger.
- Utilize UKG Pro to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
- Address payroll inquiries and provide clear communication to employees regarding payroll matters.
- Collaborate with HR to align payroll processes with employee benefits and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Proven expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
- Experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro or similar payroll software.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
