Job: Membership Experience Team Member
Location: New Windsor, NY
Compensation: $24,000 base salary plus Commissions (total compensation estimated at about $50,000)
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 12pm - 7pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 12pm - 5pm

This is a sales-first role responsible for generating and closing membership and program revenue. If youâ re comfortable being measured by numbersâ and winningâ youâ ll do very well here. If not, this isnâ t the job for you.
Compensation
Base Pay: $16/hour ($24,0000 annually)
Commission: 30â 50% of total earnings tied to performance
Earnings Potential: Strong performers significantly out-earn base pay
Commission includes:
New memberships sold
Add-on and program upsells
90-day retention bonuses
Team-based performance bonuses
What Youâ re Responsible For
This role is 60% sales, 30% marketing support, 10% operations support.
Sales (Primary Focus)
Convert leads into paying members through tours, calls, and follow-up
Actively manage and work leads inside our CRMâ no missed opportunities
Drive revenue through:
Membership sales
Program and service upsells
Maintain strong follow-up habits (calls, texts, email) until a decision is made
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets (40â 70+ new memberships/month depending on season)
Track and improve:
Tour bookings
Show rates
Close rates Lead Generation + Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic and leads
Participate in outreach efforts and local prospecting when needed
Help convert interest from programs (swim, tennis, etc.) into full memberships Team Support (Limited)
Provide backup support to front desk during peak times (short-term only)
Assist with scheduling or sales-adjacent tasks that lead to revenue
What This Role Is NOT
Not a front desk job
Not a “hang out and chat with members” role
Not a passive, wait-for-walk-ins position
Performance Expectations
Consistent achievement of sales targets
High activity levels in calls, follow-ups, and appointments
Strong close rate and revenue production
This is a performance-based role. If targets are not met consistently, this role will not be a fit.
