We partner with developers, board members, and homeowners to create thriving, well-managed communities. If you’re looking for a dynamic role where you can make a tangible difference, we invite you to join our passionate team!

Your Role As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners, boards, and support teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch community experiences. This dynamic position offers you the opportunity to lead with expertise while cultivating strong relationships. From day-to-day communications to overseeing community projects, no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role where your organizational and leadership skills will shine.

What You'll Do:

Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Relations: Maintain and manage multiple community relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service to homeowners, boards, and vendors.

Financial Management: Conduct monthly financial analyses and present insights to Boards of Directors, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.

Board Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding Boards of Directors in areas like rule and policy development, financial planning, and litigation prevention.

Project Oversight: Oversee vendor relationships and manage community projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.

Compliance and Site Visits: Conduct regular community site visits to review amenities, ensure compliance with community rules, and manage vendor coordination.

Community Events: Plan and attend board meetings, annual meetings, elections, and community events, while preparing strategic marketing and communication plans.

Administrative Duties: Prepare meeting materials, code invoices, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth community operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership: You have a Bachelor’s Degree and a natural ability to lead, with experience managing multiple projects and relationships.

Time Management Expert: Juggling multiple priorities is second nature to you. You excel at balancing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Strong PC skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Exceptional Communicator: You’re a skilled communicator, both written and verbal, and able to manage complex relationships with ease.

Outgoing Personality: Your ability to engage with people and foster lasting relationships is one of your strongest attributes.

Why Join Us? At Kuester, we’re more than just a management company – we’re a community. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions matter, and you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the communities you serve. If you’re ready to grow your career with a company that values your expertise, we want to hear from you!
