Are you a data-driven procurement professional with a knack for navigating complex global trade regulations? We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist – Tariffs & Trade Mitigation to lead the charge in analyzing, mitigating, and managing tariff exposure across our supply base. This role partners with cross-functional teams—Category Management, Finance, Trade Compliance, Engineering, and Operations—to optimize landed costs, reduce supply risk, and drive strategic sourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Tariff Analysis & Mitigation
Quantify tariff exposure (Section 232, Section 301, IEEPA, reciprocal tariffs) at part, supplier, and category levels to prioritize mitigation opportunities.
Support mitigation strategies: sourcing shifts, metal content analysis, country-of-origin reviews, and supplier outreach.
Validate supplier-provided tariff, metal content, and cost data; escalate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Maintain audit-defensible documentation for tariff positions, exemptions, and mitigation actions.
Project & Data Management
Support cross-functional tariff mitigation projects from analysis through execution, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to monitor exposure, mitigation status, and savings.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across ERP systems and supporting tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or trade compliance experience, including exposure to tariffs or cost analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, complex formulas).
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent enterprise platforms).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, and supplier data management processes.
Experience tracking and reporting savings, mitigation actions, and exposure using dashboards or tools.
