Job Description
Machine Setup and Programming: Set up CNC machines, load tools and materials, and program or adjust machines according to specifications and blueprints.
Operation and Monitoring: Operate CNC machines during production, monitor machining processes, and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications, perform measurements, and make corrections as needed.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, and report any malfunctions for repair.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE),
and maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of production, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
