Porter/Groundskeeper New Albany

Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable Porter/Groundskeeper, who can work Part-time in a Multi-Residential Complex located in New Albany, OH. The postal code 43054 is for your reference.

Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. — 26 hours per week

Scope of Work:

Heavy duty cleaning duties, including but not limited to: routine deep and touch up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area / courtyard, litter pick up in and around the complex and community space in a multi residential building

Empty garbage and recycle as required

Service garbage room and chutes as required

Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor

Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule

Maintain exterior amenities (common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower

Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed

Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces

Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms

Ability to lift up to 50 Pounds weight.

Good verbal communication skills.

Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions.

Willing to use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out.

Have 1 year of commercial cleaning or heavy duty cleaning experience.

Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.

Car and Valid Driver's License.Wage rate: $19/hour
