Senior FullStack & Generative AI Engineer - Columbus, OH

Role Overview

This contingent role supports moderately complex Specialty Software Engineering initiatives by designing, building, and delivering modern fullstack applications and generative AI solutions. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud environments while contributing to largescale planning, solution design, and crossteam collaboration. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who thrives in fastmoving environments and can rapidly iterate on emerging AI technologies.

Locations: Columbus, OH (preferred); Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC for exceptional candidates

Key Responsibilities

FullStack Application Development

Design and develop singlepage applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and related libraries.

Build scalable, secure, and highperformance enterprise applications across frontend and backend layers.

Own features endtoend, from technical design through deployment and production support. Generative AI Solution Engineering

Build and deploy generative AI applications using ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools.

Design agentic workflows, retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) components, and AIpowered application features.

Integrate LLMbased capabilities into enterprise systems with a focus on reliability, safety, and performance. Enterprise & Cloud Engineering

Develop enterprisegrade solutions with strong attention to scalability, security, and maintainability.

Deploy AI and fullstack applications on public cloud platforms (2+ years of experience required).

Collaborate with architecture, platform, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Agility & Iterative Delivery

Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine solutions in response to evolving requirements.

Demonstrate strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to deliver at speed.

Contribute to planning, problemsolving, and crossteam collaboration within Specialty Software Engineering. Required Qualifications

5+ years of fullstack development experience building singlepage applications using Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.).

2+ years of handson experience building generative AI applications using ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.

5+ years of enterprise application development experience with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

2+ years of experience deploying AI or fullstack solutions on public cloud platforms.

Strong ability to iterate quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver highquality solutions independently.
