Halvik is seeking an experienced Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our Team! This role is part of a thriving team working in a fast-paced environment supporting our government customer.

Core Responsibilities

Full stack software engineering, specializing in JAVA/J2EE technologies and comprehensive backend and frontend development.

Skilled in designing and developing applications using Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services, with significant roles in requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment, particularly in the context of web-based applications and services.

Designs and develops software using various technologies and frameworks.

Leads and participates in design and architecture meetings.

Write correct and efficient code using modern programming concepts.

Test and debug software code to optimize performance.

Mentors staff and other Team members as needed.

Completes activities across O&M and DME.

Perform code review.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 10+ years in software development

Advanced knowledge of Java, RESTful web services, Spring Boot Framework, Hibernate, Solr, Hadoop, Cassandra, Oracle, C++, HTML, XML, Rally, Gradle, Jenkins.

Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Expertise:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to obtain and maintain AWS certifications.
