An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in stepdown care to support patient recovery in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care units (ICU) to lower acuity settings
Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, ensuring timely intervention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and their families on disease management and recovery processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current and valid RN license
Experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing preferred
Ability to handle high-acuity patients with excellent clinical judgment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
