C# Developer Programmer Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a C# Developer to design, develop, and maintain .NET applications. The role involves building and enhancing large, menu-driven business systems, focusing on hands-on development and problem-solving within complex systems.

Location:Richmond, Virginia, United States

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET applications.

- Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and T-SQL queries.

- Create, modify, and maintain screens, reports, and transactions.

- Handle data transfer between application screens and large datasets.

- Debug, maintain, and enhance existing code.

- Participate in design, planning, and project meetings.

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Report project status and technical risks to leadership.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- 5+ years of C# programming experience (.NET 3.1 or higher).

- 2+ years of Angular experience.

- 3+ years of SQL Server experience.

- Experience with large, menu-driven business systems (claims, payroll, medical, insurance, etc.).

- Experience with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code.

- Working knowledge of T-SQL.

- Familiarity with build and deployment tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub).

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- gRPC experience.

- ColdFusion experience.

- Knowledge of additional programming languages (COBOL, Java, Python, PHP, etc.).

Special Considerations:

- First month will be onsite, then it will go to two days a week.
