Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and take drink orders in a timely and friendly manner

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and company standards

Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience

Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local laws

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Process transactions accurately using the POS system

Work efficiently during high-volume periods, including nights and weekends

Assist with bar opening and closing duties as needed

Collaborate with team members to create a fun and seamless guest experience Qualifications & Skills

Previous bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be at least 21 years old (or legal age per state regulations)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
