General Objectives:

This position will be working directly with members of the Learning Design and Modernization team.

The client desires an experienced EUC programmer to develop new applications.

The candidate should be a full stack developer, with strong experience in back-end web development using C# / ASP.NET in Visual Studio, and front-end web development with HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Candidate should also have experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework, LINQ, and T-SQL.

Other skills and abilities we are targeting include:

* Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap is a plus

* Experience with .NET WebAPI web services is a plus

* Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server for source control management is helpful - experience with some type of source control solution is required

* Demonstrated ability to work with clients in analyzing, defining, and documenting business application specifications and level-of-effort estimates

* Establishes sound working relationships with business partners

* Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and supports applications and databases independently. Successfully completes medium to large and/or complex efforts

* Uses knowledge of application development tools to develop complex decision support applications

* Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the procedures for the design and development of relational database applications

* Promotes and utilizes department processes, workflows, policies, departmental goals, and mission

* Effectively navigates various departments to complete assignments

* Diagnoses and resolves complex problems and issues. Provides support for escalated technical problems

* Acts as a resource on technical issues. Mentors other analysts. May provide leadership and delegate to others

* Considers the most efficient and cost effective use of company resources in completion of work
