Position: Software Platform Developer (UKG Administrator)

Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a skilled UKG Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of UKG Telestaff and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. This role focuses on system configuration, user support, integrations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with labor and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

Administer and configure UKG Telestaff and WFM modules

Manage Pay Policies, Employment Terms, Work Codes, Hiring Rules, and related configurations

Maintain user access, roles, permissions, and workflows

Ensure system security and data integrity Integration & Data Management

Support integrations between UKG and HR/payroll systems

Manage data imports, exports, and system updates

Ensure accurate data synchronization across platforms Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to end users

Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to UKG support when needed

Ensure timely resolution of system-related concerns Reporting & Compliance

Create and maintain custom reports (time & attendance, payroll, compliance)

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Maintain documentation and reporting standards System Optimization & Enhancements

Recommend system improvements and upgrades

Lead implementation of UKG updates and new features

Test system enhancements for functionality and business alignment Training & Documentation

Conduct training sessions for new and existing users

Provide knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation Required Skills

Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) administration
