Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate IT Support Tech I with at least one year of experience to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As an IT Support Tech 1, you will provide technical support to employees, as part of the internal IT Help Desk Team. This role will assist in maintaining Alvis technology systems and tools by resolving a range of technical requests and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Associate's degree, BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 1 year experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role. 1-year experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Azure and IT ticketing systems is preferred.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
