Supplier Auditor needed in East China
Job Description:The supplier auditor shall travel to various supplier facilities to perform audit and close corrective actions.
The auditor will be required to report the audit results and Corrective Action directly to the customer.
Responsibilities
Supplier Audit Activities:
Plan, prepare and conduct Quality Management System audits aligned to ISO 9001 and Maytronics-specific requirements
Assess supplier processes relating to change management, document control, production control, inspection, calibration, raw material verification, and flow-down of requirements
Evaluate data collection, analysis and performance monitoring practices
Assess technological and operational capability, including equipment suitability, capacity, maintenance practices and throughput management
Identify non-conformities, observations and areas for improvement, supported by objective evidence
Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, risk areas and recommended actions
Issue and manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs), including follow-up verification of implementation and effectiveness
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within a quality-critical manufacturing industry
Minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience conducting supplier or internal quality system audits
Formal auditor training or certification (e.g. IRCA, RABQSA, ASQ or equivalent) preferred
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience conducting process, system and compliance audits within manufacturing environments
Proven problem-solving capability, including use of structured methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis)
Ability to identify systemic risks and drive effective corrective action follow-up
Professional Requirements
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Background check (minimally meet the BPS standard)
Maytronics Site Security Clearance
