The Opportunity

-Three to five years of progressive quality leadership experience in a health care entity

-At least 5-8 years of clinical and quality improvement experience

-Experience with, and knowledge of, hospital regulatory standards and related activities

-Strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the message to individuals and audiences across the organization

-Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations

-Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty required

-Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within twelve months of hire
