We are hiring an Auto Warranty Specialist to help clients protect their vehicles through extended auto warranty solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer education, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Educate customers on extended auto warranty products
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Meet or exceed performance goals
Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Auto industry knowledge a plus, but not required
