Suntree Smiles Dentistry is a privately-owned, 1-doctor, general restorative dental practice located in Melbourne, FL with a mission to provide patients with the highest quality of care and deliver exceptional patient experiences at every visit. As a Sterilization tech / Dental Assistant on our team, you will excel in:

Creating rapport & building relationships with other team members, patients, and guests

Clear & compassionate patient communication around oral health conditions and recommended treatment

Teamwork with every department

Chairside assisting the Doctor with all aspects of patient care & procedures

Taking digital x-rays and photographs

Clinical documentation in charts

Prepares all treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking.

Maintains cleanliness of the lab and sterilizing area.

Our Preferred requirements for this position include:

At least 1+ years of chairside experience in a dental office

Certification from an accredited dental assisting program (highly preferred)

HIPAA, OSHA & CPR trained

This is a full-time position (32-38 hrs), Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm. We have huddles and team meetings, as we believe communication is the key to our success.
