Nephrology Physician

Nephrology physician employment in California : Mid-sized Bay Area practice looking for an additional physician due to retirement. They utilize the help of several mid-levels. The current need is with a 4 physician pod. The group overall goes to 4 hospitals, 5 offices and 15 units. The call schedule is 1:4. Call is shared throughout the entire group, so you are only on 1 weekend night a month. They utilize Telemedicine so when on call, you can view your patient remotely before making the decision to go into the hospital. Competitive salary with full benefits package. 4 Weeks +CME which increases each year. 2-year track to partnership. 4 day work week. JVs and real estate opportunities available.
