Software Developer

Planck Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support business operations and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular, or Spring Boot

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
