Technical Machine Operator - Fast Track to Technician 1

2nd Shift • $20-$26/hr + Shift Differential • Paid Technical Training

We're hiring mechanically inclined Machine Operators who want a hands-on technical role with a fast path into Technician 1.

This is not a basic push-a-button operator job you'll learn real machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

Run and adjust modern production equipment

Perform set-ups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting

Support technicians during repairs and process changes

Follow technical work instructions, safety, and quality standards

Record downtime, scrap, and production data

What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience with machines, extrusion, or plastics preferred

People who enjoy problem-solving and hands-on technical work

Candidates wanting advancement into Technician roles

Shift & Pay

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm

$20-$26/hr based on technical skill

Shift differential for off-shift hours

Straight 8-hour schedule - no rotation
