Program Manager - Treasury Technology Millennium is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Treasury Technology and Quantitative Modeling team.
This team designs, builds, and maintains the applications and models that support portfolio managers, risk managers, and Treasury professionals in managing cash and collateral, optimizing funding, and delivering liquidity analytics.
This is a dual role where the successful candidate will also be expected to perform Business Analyst duties as needed Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including portfolio managers, Treasury Leads, and Risk Managers.
Providing clear, concise progress updates and lead steering / governance forums.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, driving alignment, removing blockers, and bringing the right people together to resolve problems quickly * Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure that project objectives are met and that deliverables meet quality standards.
* Analyze project outcomes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
* Gather and document business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in project or product management, with at least 3 years in treasury, funding, or liquidity management type functions.
* Strong understanding of capital markets and treasury-related functions (e.g., cash and collateral management, prime brokerage, margining, repo, securities lending, liquidity and funding). * Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for this role.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all aspects of the projects are meticulously tracked and documented.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to face off to senior stakeholders, operate under pressure, and influence without direct authority.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities comfortable working with data, metrics, and financial concepts to support decisions and track program impact.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
