Now Hiring: Machine Operators - 2nd & 3rd Shifts (No Rotation!)

Straight 8-Hour Shifts • Paid Training • New Facility • Higher Pay for Off-Shift Hours

Pay: $18-$20/hr + shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift

Schedules:

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 11pm-7am

What You'll Do

Help run modern production equipment that makes weatherstripping and specialty products used worldwide. We train you from the basics and help you grow into advanced machine operation.

Operate & monitor machines

Load materials and remove finished product

Make simple machine adjustments

Follow safety & quality procedures

Record basic production data

Assist technicians with changeovers

What You Need

Ability to follow instructions

Basic reading, math, and writing skills

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, bending

Lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in a louder production area

In addition, we have two production facilities, Ultrafab West in McPherson, Kansas, and Ultrafab South in Greer, South Carolina.
