What Youll Do

Lead residential and light commercial projects from start to finish

Perform high-quality carpentry, finish work, basic plumbing & electrical, and general remodeling

Mentor and support other craftsmen

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

What Were Looking For

10+ years of construction or remodeling experience

Multi-trade skillset with strong problem-solving ability

Knowledge of building codes and safety practices

Leadership skills and professional communication

Reliable transportation and own tools preferred

Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
