Job Description
As a Blow Mold Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating blow-mold machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. You will troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of the production line. Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices is essential in this role.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
1-3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with blow molding is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in production.
Knowledge of safe work practices.
Effective communication skills.
Self-management and continuous improvement in production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection and extrusion processes.
Familiarity with the plastics industry.

Work Environment
The work schedule requires availability for Day and Night shifts, with training on the 1st shift. Employees work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, initially requiring two weekends per month, and eventually reducing to one weekend per month. The production environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels. Temperature fluctuations may occur due to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment is mandatory in designated areas. There are two worksites located in Southwest Atlanta, GA, with three positions available at the Fulton location.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
