Machine Operator

The Advance Group is looking for entry level Machine Operators for this nationally based company that specializes in building shed kits, fencing and play sets.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

Responsible for operating thermoforming equipment, forming and finishing plastic components, performing quality inspections, completing basic troubleshooting, and supporting production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

Ability to safely operate industrial manufacturing equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to work in high-heat and high-noise environments

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally

Hours for Machine Operator:

1st shift 5am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday

Must be available for Fridays and OT as needed

Compensation and Benefits for the Machine Operator:

Starting pay is $15.00hr
