A Day in Your Role...

As a seasonal Client Service Representative/Receptionist, you will be essential in assisting clients to make informed financial decisions. This role offers you the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and significantly impact their lives.

We'd Love it If You Had...

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Flexibility to work various schedules and locations.

Experience in sales or marketing.

Your Contributions to the Team...

Deliver personalized and welcoming greetings to clients.

Connect clients with the most suitable tax professionals.

Schedule appointments based on client preferences.

Ensure client satisfaction in-person and online.

Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.

Strong multitasking abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
