Job Opportunity: Associate Attorney (Real Estate & Assessment Recovery)
Location: Columbus, OH (On-site, M-F) Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Standard Benefits Experience: 1+ Years (Junior/Entry-Level candidates encouraged)
Are you an Ohio-licensed attorney ready to transition from theory to practice? A premier regional firm specializing in HOA and Condominium Law is seeking a motivated Associate to join their Assessment Recovery Group.
This role offers the direct mentorship and courtroom exposure you need to build a high-level litigation foundation.
The Role
This is a hands-on litigation position focused on high-volume, high-impact real estate matters. You won't just be researching; you will be managing files and gaining practical experience in:
Assessment Recovery: Helping communities maintain financial health by recovering delinquent dues.
Litigation & Execution: Securing money judgments and navigating judgment execution.
Property Law: Handling foreclosures and complex real property disputes.
Creditor Rights: Managing bankruptcy matters from a creditor's perspective.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD): Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
Experience: 1+ years of legal experience is preferred but firm is open to newly licensed professionals
Relevant Background: Experience in Collections, Bankruptcy, or Litigation is a significant plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills for public speaking and client-facing responsibilities.
