Full-time Remote Position.

Candidates must be based in Ohio.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Business Analyst 5

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The contracted resource will be responsible for:

- Managing test runs, jobs, and calendars

- Reviewing software requirements and user stories; preparing test scenarios

- Designing and developing manual test scripts

- Executing system, integration, regression, and related test cycles

- Detecting, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies

- Producing support documentation for defects, test results, and testing activities

- Preparing comprehensive testing reports for the design team

- Engaging with clients and vendors to understand product requirements

- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential risks

- Delivering timely reviews, test designs, solutions, and documentation

- Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle

Performing other related duties as assigned

WHAT’S NEEDED

Experience with manual software testing Required 5 Years

Experience with ALM Octane or similar workflow and tracking tools Required 5 Years

Experience with debt collection Highly desired Experience with FICO/Jonas C&R Software Debt Manager Highly desired
