About the Role:

The Content Oversight Associate will serve as the central hub of visual and procedural quality control across all live stages. This role will leverage a centralized monitoring and oversight platform to ensure that every product capture adheres to approved guides and styling. Acting as both a real time guardian of content standards and a bridge between the stage teams and template development, this person ensures that production remains consistent, efficient, and scalable.

What you will do:

Guide Compliance

Study and maintain expert understanding of all product capture guides

Collaborate with the Content Standards Team to refine and clarify guide language as needed

Monitor live captures to ensure adherence to guide standards and capture consistency

Identify and flag unguided product types in real time for review and guide development

Review and flag past content that may deviate from guide standardsLive Oversight

Actively monitor all live shooting stages through the centralized dashboard

Track product and stage data to understand what product type is being captured at all times

Identify deviations or incorrect capture approaches in real time and escalate to relevant teams

Provide constructive live feedback to the Creative Crew Chiefs and Creative AssociatesEscalation & Adjustments

Flag and escalate live issues immediately to the appropriate leads

Mark reshoots for same day adjustments when feasible to maintain production efficiency

Document all escalations, issues, and resolutions for post day review and continuous improvementSystem Utilization & Data Management

Operate and maintain the centralized dashboard, ensuring visibility across all active stages

Access and manage playback features to review recent footage for QC or reshoot requests

Maintain live communication channels with all stages for immediate feedback loops

Our ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in studio production, live video capture, or content QC

Strong attention to visual detail and a deep understanding of studio workflows

Ability to multitask across multiple live feeds while maintaining high accuracy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross functional teams

Familiarity with live video systems, monitoring dashboards, or QC tools preferred

Adaptable, calm under pressure, and solutions oriented in a fast paced production environments

Must be on-site in Northwest Arkansas

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Consistent capture quality across all product types and stages

Reduction in reshoots due to proactive live intervention

Clear, actionable documentation and escalation of issues

Strong alignment between the Template, Production, and QC teams

A scalable oversight model that ensures guide accuracy across future stage expansion

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly

Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Work Environment:

This position operates primarily within a warehouse setting

The noise level can range from moderate to loud

Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (forklifts, trucks)

Work a schedule of Monday - Thursday, hours 8:00am - 6:00pm

This position pays an hourly rate of $30.00. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
