Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and program PLC logic for automated manufacturing processes and equipment.
Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems for operator control and data visualization.
Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC programs, industrial networks, and control systems.
Perform system testing, commissioning, and startup of new machinery and production lines.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and resolve issues.
Provide technical support and training for automation systems to production and maintenance staff.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) with major platforms like Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
Demonstrated experience in developing, configuring, and deploying HMI/SCADA systems.
Solid understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and participate in system commissioning and startup.
Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with robotic programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB)
Proficiency in database integration (e.g., SQL) for data logging and MES systems
Knowledge of vision system programming and integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT connectivity for manufacturing
