We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to expand our partner network and grow sales within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on developing strong relationships with retail partners, activating new merchants, and supporting store teams through training, marketing initiatives, and sales programs.

You'll spend time visiting partner stores, driving sales performance, implementing incentive campaigns, and identifying opportunities to grow market share. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships while delivering results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets within your assigned territory

Grow partner productivity and contribute to increasing overall market share

Maintain active merchant engagement to ensure consistent monthly sales performance

Build strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders

Conduct regular store visits to train sales teams and provide on-site support

Implement marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns to drive sales

Identify and onboard new business partners within your territory

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities

Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activity, and customer data

Prepare sales reports and performance insights for management

Requirements

Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields

1–2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, telecom, mobile devices, or software sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and train partner teams

Results-driven with strong organization, resilience, and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and negotiation abilities

Willingness to travel frequently for store visits within assigned areas

Own transportation required (car or motorcycle)
