Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Butuan

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow and support a network of retail partners within an assigned territory. This role focuses on activating new partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving sales through consistent field engagement, training, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Success in this role comes from building strong merchant partnerships, improving store productivity, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets within the assigned territory.

Increase merchant productivity and contribute to overall market share growth.

Maintain strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders.

Conduct regular store visits to train sales staff and support day-to-day operations.

Implement marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns to drive in-store sales.

Ensure merchants who sold in the previous month remain active and productive.

Identify and onboard new business partners that meet partnership requirements.

Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and customer data.

Prepare sales reports and performance insights for management.

Requirements

Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, software sales, mobile devices, or telecommunications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and influence partner teams.

Results-driven with strong organization, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset with solid negotiation abilities to improve store performance.

Willingness to travel frequently for store visits within the assigned territory.

Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle).
