Project Manager Data & Process Management

We're looking for an experienced senior project leader to provide temporary coverage across four key supply chain initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step into complex work, bring structure, and drive alignment across global teams.

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Tue-Thurs)

Pay Rate Range: $65-$68/HR on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage four active workstreams:

Order Management Simplification (light-touch PM)

Salesforce Costing ? Line Plan Integration (light-touch PM)

Demand Planning Toolset (high-touch leadership)

Raw Material Planning Initiative (high-touch leadership)

Build project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and meeting rhythms

Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Tech, Planning, and Product teams

Develop and execute change management plans

Deliver clear, executive-ready updates and simplify complex concepts for business partners

Required Qualifications:

Senior/Director-level project management experience

Strong background in Order Management, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Raw Material Planning

Experience in product development, sourcing, or costing is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global time zones

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner, Teams, Visio, and RACI frameworks

PMP or Prosci certification preferred
