Customer Service / Call Centre Officer

Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a fast-paced operational environment in Perth.

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment

Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly

Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates

Maintaining accurate customer and booking records

Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries
