Position: Japanese Client Services Technician

Requirements:

Native or Non-Native Japanese Speaker

Can speak, read and write Japanese

Must be fluent in English

With at least 1-3 years’ experience providing PC desktop support in a corporate environment.

Working technical knowledge of the follow desktop operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, OSX

Technical understanding of PC components such as video cards, motherboards, etc.

Basic knowledge of networking protocols and components within a corporate WAN

Responsibilities:

Responsible in responding to client & customer inquiry received from help desk ticketing system, email, telephone calls, call backs, or escalations

Responsible in providing support to laptops, desktop, printing and telecommunications system users to ensure satisfaction and productivity

Troubleshoot, and resolve issues and problems in person, by telephone, by remote desktop or via e-mail

Handle escalations as assigned
